Shrimp with Parsley and Lemon

An easy shrimp recipe with parsley and butter.

Melt butter in a large skillet; add shrimp. Simmer slowly until shrimp is tender and pink. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over shrimp; toss lightly.

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
